• The minimum wholesale order is S$300.00 per store visit.
• Applicable taxes will be added.
• Online orders are subject to stock availability and final order confirmation.

• Net 30 on approved credit.
• Cheques returned NSF or stop payment — $20 service fee.
• Co-op advertising up to 2% total purchases and maximum 50% of the ad costs (must be pre-approved).
• By providing your email address you are expressly confirming that we may use it to contact you with invoices and other important information from Relaxus.
• All pricing based on a single SKU — mix and match not eligible for quantity discounts.
• Measurements provided are approximate only — please confirm final measurements with your sales rep.
• Selling Amazon, eBay is currently not allowed without prior approval. This is done to help protect client interests and MRRP.

• No compliance/special instructions – will ship next business day.
• Compliance/special instructions – add 24 + hours to next business day depending on services required.

LTL order received before order cutoff (1:00 p.m. local facility time).

• No compliance/special instructions – goal is to ship within 24 hours (by end of next business day, depending on size of order).

LTL order received after order cutoff (1:00 p.m. local facility time).

• No compliance/special instructions – goal is to ship within 24 hours (by end of next business day, depending on size of order).

Larger LTL orders will often take more time to fulfill and ship.

• Compliance/special instructions – add 24 + hours to end of next business day depending on services required.

Please note that the timelines laid out above are goals and best efforts. A variety of different circumstances can alter these timelines from time to time however we do our best to stick to what is covered above.

As far as picking and packing go, we pick as full cases whenever possible and as long as the case is in good condition and is a proper master case to ship in, we do not re-box full case picks. Those will ship as is (sometimes we add more tape to the box if required).

When items are picked as individual units or are picked in cases that are not suitable for shipping we box up those units for save shipping to your customer.

You have 10 days from the date you receive your goods to make a claim. Requests after such time may not be honoured. Please complete all fields to avoid any delays in the processing of your c/note. Include this document in the box. R. A. # must be written on outside, collect shipments will be refused.
