Placing Orders
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, plus shipping time. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
We ship worldwide. Please get in touch with us for a quote for shipments outside (not available online) North America.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Yes, our ecommerce store has SSL encryption and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

No, selling Amazon, eBay and similar marketplaces is prohibited without prior approval and written agreement.
Shipping & Returns
Please download the Damage & Returns Report (Download PDF) and complete the form to notify Relaxus Products Ltd. of any damages, shortages, or incorrect items you have received. You have ten days from receiving your goods to make a claim. Requests after such time may not be honoured.
